Document Description

This Distribution Agreement regulates and records the relationship between a manufacturer of a product and the distributor of that product. The Distribution Agreement has recently been amended to a "manufacturer's" version and reflects current best practice. The Distribution Agreement can be used either as an Exclusive Distribution Agreement / Sole Distribution Agreement or as a non exclusive agreement by simple amendment. The Distribution Agreement template is designed for the manufacurer/supplier of the product. As such it provides for strong legal protection for the manufacturer.
