This Harassment and Bullying Policy has been written in accordance with current best practice and provides employees with assurance that the Company is committed to preventing harassment and bullying in the workplace. It includes instructions on how to confront harassment, both through informal steps and a formal grievance procedure.
This Harassment and Bullying Policy has been updated to account for the repeal of Section 40 of the Equality Act 2010 (Liability for Third Party Harassment)effective 1st Oct 2013.
This Harassment and Bullying Policy can either refer to a standard grievance procedure or the dedicated grievance procedure to be found in the Equal Opportunities Policy (available from the related links below).
