has been written in accordance with current best practice and provides employees with assurance that the Company is committed to preventing harassment and bullying in the workplace. It includes instructions on how to confront harassment, both through informal steps and a formal grievance procedure. It also clarifies the right of employees to be protected from harassment by third parties.

can either refer to a standard grievance procedure or the dedicated grievance procedure to be found in the Equal Opportunities Policy (available from the related links below).
